 TITLE: Vice President of marketing

REPORTS TO:  Chief Executive Officer


 Position Summary: The Vice President of Marketing is responsible for planning and implementing of sales, marketing and product development programs. This is for both short and long range outreach and targeting toward existing and new markets. They will work cross-functionally with our Operational, Catering and Sales teams to drive sales, traffic and brand awareness in each market.


Essential Responsibilities


  • Ability to leverage data, research and analytics to identify opportunities for growth, brand relevancy and customer engagement
  • Directs customer trends and competitive analysis
  • Set strategies and identifies marketing campaign programs for implementation at the store level
  • Designs and implements Roti initiatives on an annual basis, including strategic partnerships, promotional opportunities and customer research feedback
  • Implement location based marketing initiatives including, but not limited to, on-site campaigns, event driven promotions, community outreach, revenue driving outreach and loyalty programs
  • Manages and directs Local Store Marketing Manager, Operations and Catering teams on executions of marketing programs
  • Manages and coordinates all third party vendors, suppliers and partners, including PR and creative agencies
  • Develops overall content marketing strategy for Roti website and social media accounts
  • Manages third party PR agencies and facilitates execution of strategies for each location
  • Tracks, reports and adjusts all results against projected plans
  • Oversees and develops Marketing Team
  • Maintains Marketing Toolkit of best practices for cross-company sharing and execution
  • Ability to interact and communicate cross-functionally, clearly defining expectations to drive results focused on excellence in program execution from concept development to store implementation
  • Ability to assess the impact of programs and initiatives on the business in the near, as well as long term
  • Think strategically, and achieve day-to-day results
  • Is an excellent all-around representative of the Roti brand

 Education and/or Experience:

  • 10+ years marketing experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing or Business Administration
  • Master’s degree in Sales, Marketing or Business Administration is a plus
  • Ten years of related experience
  • Restaurant Marketing experience is a plus
